VERY FINE. A COLORFUL COMBINATION OF THE 1850 40-CENTIMES ISSUE AND THE RARE 1852 10-CENTIMES NAPOLEON "PRESIDENCE" ISSUE ON COVER TO THE UNITED STATES.

This franking paid the 13-decimes rate and was carried on the Cunarder Asia. The 10c 1852 Napoleon "Presidence" Issue is very rare on an overseas cover (Image)
