Etranger" circular datestamp (15 Feb) and the stamps are tied by "Poste Aerienne/ France-Indo-Chine" circular datestamps (19 Feb), the cover is handstamped "Raid Interrompu/ Par Accident/ Retour a L´envoyeur"; cover with edge faults and 50c ANNULÉ damage, a Fine and exceedingly rare usage of the instructional stamps.
