S.G. #1/153, D1-6, F1, Worthwhile mint collection of over 150 stamps
to 1958, the British Bechuanaland issues are complete less the rare £5
Lilac, but does include the £1 value (no gum), the Protectorate issues
are also quite comprehensive, especially from 1889 on, including overprint
varieties of the 1890 "Protectorate" issue and all seven varieties of the
Seahorse overprints, plus all of the later definitive sets, the first six
postage dues and the scarce 1910 postal fiscal, some minor condition
problems on the earlier issues including some no gum or regummed, the later
stamps are o.g. and generally fine-very fine (Scott #1/165, J1-6). |

stamps to 1966 in mounts on Scott pages, while not as comprehensive as the
above collection, there is a nice run of clean stamps present, includes the
1886 issues complete, 1888 4p on 4p and 6p on 6p surcharges, Protectorate
issues include five different 1/2p Orange overprints and complete from 1925
on, virtually all o.g., some of the QEII issues are n.h., fine-very fine
(Scott #1/213, J1-6). |
