VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A HIGHLY DESIRABLE EXAMPLE OF THE 1875 10-KOPECKS WITH CENTER INVERTED. A MAJOR RUSSIAN AND INVERTED CENTERS OF THE WORLD RARITY WITH ONLY FIVE EXAMPLES RECORDED, ALL IN USED CONDITION.

Most of the other examples we have encountered have small faults. A stamp missing from even the most advanced collections and the first example we have offered since keeping computerized records. This particular example has been a key highlight to numerous famous collections over the course of the 20th Century.
