Lecompte" corner card cover to Paris, France, cover with minor horizontal file fold not affecting stamps

VERY FINE. THIS IS THE FIRST DAY OF USE OF THE 10-CENT GREEN AND ONE OF ONLY FIVE COVERS RECORDED FROM THIS FLIGHT. ONLY ONE OTHER IS ADDRESSED OUTSIDE OF COLOMBIA.

The other cover addressed outside of Colombia is single rate cover to New York (ex Boonshaft and Johnson). An essential item for the Colombian Air Post collector.
