Plate 4-A, Type IV (Westerberg Position 4), "1" without broken serif unlike most other examples from this position, unused (no gum), ample even margins, small purple backstamp shows thru faintly at bottom, Very Fine, Westerberg notes that the serif must have broken off at an early stage of printing, he recorded only one other single and one contained in a block of eight, there are probably no more than ten unbroken in existence, with 1995 H.P.S. certificate, Scott Retail with no premium for the position (Image)
