Jun. 19, 1862" circular datestamp on cover to Pleasant Lane P.O. S.C., some overall wear, Fine, rare late use, in April-July of 1862 the Charleston provisionals were reintroduced during a shortage of availability of the General Issues, only six on-cover examples are recorded in the Calhoun census used during this time period, illustrated in the Calhoun book on p. 83 (Image)
