3399 294a image1901, 1¢ Pan-American, center inverted (294a), disturbed o.g., extremely fresh and attractive example of this popular rarity with inverted center, featuring bold rich color and full gum, a resplendent stamp that would please any collector; small stain at upper left is barely visible, and doesn't detract from this stamp's outstanding appearance, otherwise Fine, 2009 P.S.E. encased certificate #01215423, graded VG-F 60, the only one at this grade, with 13 others currently grading higher according to P.S.E.'s population report.
