This error was caused early in the issue when a thick figure 50c cliche was misplaced on the 25c plate (Stone C) at two positions, one of which was corrected by redrawing the denomination and the other creating this error. The error was quickly caught with a few examples getting out in the first shipments of the issue. It is known from Puebla, Oaxaca, Orizava, Queretaro and Veracruz districts. (Image1)
