There are approximately 75-80 stamp recorded of this stamp but only 5-6 are
known cancelled, let alone on piece. The stamp was meant for mail to be placed in mailboxes throughout the city to be delivered at once in this failed experiment for a local city service. Those stamps were not cancelled, although they were used. only
