Wright, Provost Marshal" at left to Hon. B.H. Epperson, Clarksville, Texas, letter from G.W. Wright concerning orders to regulate prices on leather, salt, and other goods to prevent what we would term "price gouging"; letter toning and pair with some gum toning, Fine and scarce Texas blue postmark use.
