628 CVR ON-806.022 image1873 G. T. R. T. & S. on back of a registered cover mailed Seneca (JUN.26.1873) to Wellandport, franked 3c + pair of 1c SQ. The railway postmark has small differences with the listed ON-806.022 in that it has a period after R, and no period after T, and the owner claims it has indicia "3" at bottom (which would make this a new find, but we fail to see the "3"). The cover is franked with a 3c SQ and 5c RLS, both tied by fancy rosette cork cancels. There is also a boxed REGISTERED / G.W.R. handstamp on back, alongside a G.W.R / MAIL LINE(MAY.11.1878).
