1226 ogc U9/293 #U9/293, Desirable mint entire collection to 1940 on album pages and some loose, the collector tried to get one of each denomination or type without regard to paper color, there are plenty of better items to be found throughout, such as #U14, U16, U29, all of the 1861 Nesbitt values complete to 40c, the 1864-65 Issue also has all values to 40c, 1870 Issue to 90c, the 1874 Issue also to 90c including #U195, plus there is a group of better 1920-1925 Surcharges including #U437h, U475, U476, U479, U502, U506 and U520, also a few possessions including Hawaii postal and reply cards, most are fresh with sharp embossing, there are some minor flaws (usually edge soiling or faint bends), but overall fine-very fine and a valuable representative collection. $15,200.00
