Lot Symbol CatNo. Lot Description CV or Estimate
1922 c 1769 Large "Barbados" straight line handstamp, on reverse of folded cover to Reverend Doctor Daniel Burton, secretary of the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Westminster, England, endorsed "p Capt. Lee/Q.D.C." (Whom God preserve), small Bishop mark slightly overstrikes the "Barbadoes" marking and two line "Dover/Ship Lre" on the front, all strikes are quite clear with only a few faint letters in "Barbadoes", very fine for this, as this is a very difficult large handstamp to acquire complete and well struck.
