1021 og S.G. #H34-58 Togo (British) 1915-16 Overprints on the Gold Coast stamps specialized mint collection (S.G. #H34-58) with the local overprints consisting of a normal set, a set with small "F", a set with thin "G" and a set with "CCUPATION", plus there are five values (including the 2/- and 2/6) with no hyphen, and the 2p with two hyphens, several of these varieties are in a pair with the normal stamps, in the London printings there is a complete set and also a complete "Specimen" set, as well as a 2/6 value on registered cover to Switzerland, o.g., there is an occasional stamp with minor gum toning or other small imperfection, but overall fine-very fine; the Stanley Gibbons catalog value is about £7,000; three BPA certificates accompany. 1022 og/nh   Worldwide semi-postal issues desirable mint collection to 1970 comprised of several thousand complete sets, souvenir sheets and booklets well organized in alphabetical order filling a large carton, the collection is highly complete, lacking only great rarities such as French Morocco #B1 and about twenty items offered individually elsewhere in this auction, naturally the strength is in Western Europe and its colonies, but there is also strong showing from Eastern Europe, Turkey, Thailand and elsewhere as well as hundreds of souvenir sheets, with a great many $25.00 to $500.00 and higher catalog value sets and souvenir sheets to be found, the overall quality is excellent, while there is the occasional small fault, the vast majority are o.g. or l.h., with a surprising amount of n.h. throughout and mostly fine-very fine; substantial cumulative catalog value so please inspect carefully.
