621 ogO   High quality collection balance to 1935 in a Lighthouse hingeless album, the early issues are used and somewhat scattered, but what is here is nice saleable quality, with value in the 1861 Issue, from the late Bank Notes on it is mainly mint, and includes lower and middle value commemoratives, also better Washington-Franklins including coil pairs, from 1922 on it is highly complete including the White Plains sheet, some useful back-of-the-book, also some stockpages with duplicates, plate blocks and blocks, some modern items including two Recalled Legends sheets, and more, as mentioned the quality is well above the norm, with a large number of very fine or better stamps present and much of the mint is never hinged; 21 PF or PSE certificates accompany.
