1584 O   British Commonwealth "Madame Joseph" forged cancellation collection of 104 different British stamps each with a forged cancellation applied by the infamous "Madame Joseph", whose skills were quite extraordinary, as for many years these "used" stamps were considered genuine until the "Madame Joseph" hoard was discovered and subsequent studies determined all of them to be fake, wide variety of colonies represented, mostly being stamps from the 1910 to 1935 era, includes scarce high values that, if with genuine cancellations, would be quite valuable, all neatly mounted on pages with cut out illustrations of each of the various types of cancellations shown in detail, a wonderful collection for study and expansion.
