Lot of 4 airmail covers sent on 4-5 July 1929 from Bistrita, by air via Cluj-Bucharest-Vienna (Austria) to Zurich, Switzerland. They reached Cluj on the same day they were posted, and interestingly the plane stamps were only cancelled at
the Baneasa airport in Bucharest. Each cover is franked with a block of four from the Dobruja anniversary set, plus definitives and Air set. Fine condition, unusual. (Image 1)
