Agen, France tied by "FRANCO / MEXICO" datestamp (Nov 2) in black (Schatzkes fig. 821) paying the internal rate per Extraordinario. British P.O. VERA CRUZ cds on reverse (Nov 4), carried to St. Thomas on the RMSP "Clyde" and to Southampton on the
