used on 1869 cover from Ismail to Syra, the adhesives cancelled by ISMAIL datestamp (April 21) in black (Kiriac fig. 401), framed PD alongside, reverse with GALATI transit datestamps. Upon arrival the cover was charged with'20' lepta in red crayon,
bearing on top of the PD a Large Hermes Head 20 l. blue, touched on two sides, tied by SYROS cds (April 20, julian). Minor toning, nevertheless a very early usage of the Prince Carol international issue which came into use at the beginning of April
