1919: 10 HAL on 30 H, stamp issue for Southern Poland, so called second issue, on austrian fieldpoststamps uprating an unoverprinted stationery postcard 8H, that was valid until sell out. In this combination the card was a bit overfranked, this because of the lack of suitable denominations. Sent from "TOMASZÓW LUBELSKI 28.1.19" to Rzeszów, the text is an inquiry regarding the possibility to order a railway wagon of coke. Rare commercial use!
