Reverse with oval framed "GALATZ / 31 / VII" Roman dated arrival in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 809). A very early usage of the 17 kreuzer scarlet - only issued on April 15, 1866. Illustrated in "Die Österreichische Levantepost in Bulgarien" by Dr. Georgi Popov on page 44.
