The engraved image depicts a good portion of the main Parliament buildings in quarter-view, similar to that used on the 10c War issue. King George V Era -- Admiral Issues Scott #104-140
1911 1c Dark Green Admiral, a mint stamp which appears to be never hinged, but for some reason unknown to us is described in the accompanying 2019 PSE cert as being previously hinged. The cert also grades the stamp at only "VF 80" which we find harsh for such a lovely stamp. (Image)
