CLASSIC JAPAN HIGH VALUE INVENTORY, includes several hundred mixed mint and used, neatly arrange in a Lighthouse stock book, the group runs to 1913, the overall condition is mixed and there are faults to be expected but there are also many sound Very Fine stamps here, also we noticed a number of better cancels in the used sections, values up to about $500 with a few higher and there is a significant amount of value in items in the $100-500 range, expect duplication with the mint generally in the 1-4 range with some higher and 1-10 in the used also with some up to 20 or more, many of the mint stamps have gum after 1875, there is a significant number of speciality items here with shade varieties and various Syllabic's, this impressive and powerful inventory is one of the best Japan stocks we have ever offered, this book is the first of the entire inventory which is offered elsewhere in this sale, we have scanned virtually every page and those images are available on our website, viewing this lot in person will be a huge advantage to the serious bidder, a really important stock not to be missed (Image)
