The Crown survey lists only two Iuka Mississippi Provisional covers with Patriotic designs. The other example has a 10-Star Flag and Cannon design (see Kilbourne Part One, Sale 1186, lot 545).

VERY FINE. ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED EXAMPLES OF THIS 11-STAR FLAG PATRIOTIC DESIGN AND AN OUTSTANDING MACON GEORGIA POSTMASTER'S PROVISIONAL USAGE.
This design is a very rare variation of the hand-held flagstaff designs F11-9 and F11-10A. The two recorded examples of this design (one other is known on a lettersheet) were the subject of Morris Everett's article published in the Confederate Philatelist and the background of Bartow and the "I go to illustrate Georgia" quote was provided by Everett K. Cooper in a later Confederate Philatelist (Nos. 235 and 242, respectively).

FINE APPEARANCE AND EXCEEDINGLY RARE USE OF THE 5-CENT MEMPHIS POSTMASTER'S PROVISIONAL ON A 12-STAR CONFEDERATE FLAG PATRIOTIC COVER.
This 12-Star design is the same as F8-10, but with stars added to the four corners.
