The Crown survey lists only two Iuka Mississippi Provisional covers with Patriotic designs. The other example has a 10-Star Flag and Cannon design (see Kilbourne Part One, Sale 1186, lot 545).

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED EXAMPLES OF THE KNOXVILLE 5-CENT PROVISIONAL ON A PATRIOTIC COVER.

Mostly readable Type II "5" over "Paid" provisional handstamp, lightly struck "Macon Geo." circular datestamp on small green cover with red and blue 11-Star Confederate Flag and "I go to illustrate Georgia -- Bartow" Patriotic design (F11-10B, Slogan 52), addressed to Knoxville Tenn. and forwarded to Atlanta, gently cleaned and slightly reduced at left not affecting the design or slogan

VERY FINE. ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED EXAMPLES OF THIS 11-STAR FLAG PATRIOTIC DESIGN AND AN OUTSTANDING MACON GEORGIA POSTMASTER'S PROVISIONAL USAGE.

This design is a very rare variation of the hand-held flagstaff designs F11-9 and F11-10A. The two recorded examples of this design (one other is known on a lettersheet) were the subject of Morris Everett's article published in the Confederate Philatelist and the background of Bartow and the "I go to illustrate Georgia" quote was provided by Everett K. Cooper in a later Confederate Philatelist (Nos. 235 and 242, respectively).
