Over 100 items to the 1922 Surcharge Issues, highlights incl. 1886 5c with Vivi cancel, 5fr used (5) and unused (4), 1887-94 5fr Violet used (9) and unused (3), 10fr Buff used (4) and unused (6), 1901 1fr block of four (certificate mentions "probably regummed"), 1908 "Congo Belge" with some Princes Printing, 1910-15 25c, 50c and 3fr with Mikola cancel and even COB-listed items such as No. 93A, also incl. an array of Parcel Post stamps both used and unused, some duplication present, faults and some classic stamps without gum to be expected, Fine-Very Fine, each item accompanied by a Belgian Congo Study Circle certificate
