StampAuctionNetwork Sale - TDC10

Tour de Cure Auction to Benefit the American Diabetes Association - May 6, 2025

This is our 10th sale to benefit The American Diabetes Association. It contains new lots donated by StampAuctionNetwork Auction firms Paradise Valley and Sam Houston, items donated by several StampAuctionNetwork members, and of course the autographed copy of Bill Gross's book, The "William H. Gross Collection - United States Classics, 1847–1869" -- with a "catch". You can be the ninth person to sign this classic and contribute to the ADA. The book just by itself has raised $5,650 of the more than $150,000 since we started.. This will be the second-to-last charity auction, and next year, we will sell the Bill Gross book to its final owner.

Lots of unusual items this time. Many of the lots start at $1. We have mint sheets, FDCs, a number of items from Nepal, USPS annual books, collection lots, France and French area, Saudi Arabia and Hejaz, sets and singles from all over the world, a dollar cover lot, and a rare cover and enclosure from Stanley Ashbrook to August Dietz.

But the best part of this sale, is that it is for The American Diabetes Tour de Cure. Payment for your lots will be a charitable contribution to the ADA. If you win lots, payment will be made directly to the ADA using my American Diabetes Tour de Cure Donation page. The sale will be conducted with Live AutoHammer bidding starting at 1:00 pm on May 6th, 2025.

This year's ride is supporting the American Diabetes Association's efforts to advance research, education, advocacy, and support for those with diabetes. Click this link to see how I am doing or to give a donation.
