- Successful bidders will receive notification of their winning bids by invoice. Payment for the ADA Charity auction will be made directly to the ADA using my American Diabetes Tour de Cure donation page. Payments for my Modern Postal History auctions will be made via paypal. Lots will be shipped to the bidder on notification of payment.
- No buyers fee is charged. Buyer will be charged Postage at USPS cost (more or less).
- We reserve the right to withdraw any property at any time before the sale.
- All stamps and covers are guaranteed genuine as described. Any stamp or cover may be returned for full refund within 10 days of receipt. They must be returned by insured or registered mail in the same condition as offered. If a buyer wants to send a lot for expertisation, they must notify us within 10 days of sale in writing. The purchaser has sole responsibility for expertizing and shall provide the certificate to us within 120 days from date of sale. All charges of certification are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Note: with respect to our charity auction for the ADA. Once you have paid for your lot, we can not give you a refund as you will have paid with a charitable donation to the ADA. We suggest that if you are concerned about an item, let us know. You can pay for the rest of your items, and examine the item before paying for it. The other option is that we can give you a refund and credit against the next years' auction.
