Siberia Censored" hs, fine example of forerunner mail (the AEF Siberia was organized and dispatched with such haste that, though troops began arriving on 15 August, 1918, no postal agency was established until 12 September, with postal cancel provided on 25 September. Free-frank mail was accepted for carriage on the US Army transports, which at the time, had no postal facilities). Also included is a cover (with letter) from the same Capt.
