Pkt." datestamp (date illegible), Hong Kong "C" receiver in blue dated FE 17 64, plus a further illegible handstamp at left; missing part of backflap; underpaid by 1¢ (the going rate of 53¢), the New York Exchange Office obviously ignoring the discrepancy and accepting it as fully paid, Very Fine, signed Ashbrook with part of letter from him.
