The graphic novels were published in English by Epic Comics/Marvel and Dark Horse and showcase the extraordinary science-fiction, fantasy and underground work of Jean Giraud, internationally celebrated under his pen name Moebius.

Includes #0 The Horny Goof & Other Underground Stories; #1 Upon a Star; #2 Arzach & Other Fantasy Stories; #3 The Airtight Garage; #4 The Long Tomorrow & Other Science Fiction Stories (2 copies); #5 The Gardens of Aedena (2 copies); #6 Pharagonesia & Other Strange Stories; and #7 The Goddess. Ten volumes total.

Also included is Métal Hurlant No. 2, an early issue of the landmark French comics magazine published by Les Humanoïdes Associés. Its cover prominently announces Moebius alongside Philippe Druillet and Richard Corben. Founded in 1974 by Moebius, Druillet, Jean-Pierre Dionnet and Bernard Farkas, Métal Hurlant became one of the most influential publications in European science-fiction comics and provided a major showcase for the innovative visual storytelling associated with Moebius and his contemporaries. The magazine's influence subsequently extended internationally, most notably through its American counterpart, Heavy Metal.

Moebius was one of the most influential comic artists and visual storytellers of the 20th century, renowned for his imaginative futuristic landscapes, intricate line work and highly distinctive approach to science-fiction and fantasy. His work exerted a profound influence on generations of comic artists, illustrators and filmmakers.
