(Scott 554d), wavy line machine cancel, rich color and a sharp impression; slightly pulled perf at top left, still Fine, Siegel's online census shows 31 used examples with 22 sound (including 1 transitional, 4 on individual covers and 3 in a block of 6 with the bottom pair normal perf 11) and 9 faulty (including 1 in the previously mentioned block of 6), but does not yet include a defective example sold in May 2024; Since the start of 2013, only one used example appeared in the years 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2024; none were offered in the years 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2025.
