Only six examples are recorded, five of them used, this one being, arguably, the most attractive of the five., with a 2016 A.P.S. certificate noting "light stains at top", which are apparently offset of a manuscript marking on the original envelope that barely shows through from the reverse.

Apparently, one pane of 100 was made, but was not noticed by collectors at the time off issue. As a result, most were used for postage and lost to philately.
