14   imageVery Serious Mint & Used Collection, 1847-1949, Viewing the picture of this lot, it looks like an accumulation, and part of it is with envelopes stuffed with plate blocks from the 1930's & 40's, stamps still on paper, even a smattering of foreign. Extremely strong classics, some stamps here both mint & used, with the following as mounted: used #1-2, 9, 10A, 36, 68-69, 71, 73, 76, 78, 112-17, 119, 121, 145-49, 190, 215-18, 229, 230-39, 242, 253-61, 285-91, 294-99, 300-11, 331-42, 401-04, 658-79, C3-6, E1, E7, O18-24, O42, O83-89, R32a, R41a, R45a-48a, R50a, and mint 112, 119 (no gum), 212, 215-18, 219-29, 230-41, 246-60, 266-75, 279-84, 285-93, 294-99, 311, 323-27, 328-30, 369, 397-99, 405-07, 414-23, 462-66, 506-18, 523-24, 547, 551-73, 630, 658-79, C13-15, C18, E1-3, E6 (pair), E7, F1, O15, O17, O36-37, O52, O59-60, O90, O92-93, PR5-6. And that accumulation I sort of downplayed at the start also has some nice duplicates and blocks, such as another used #1 and mint 9 (pair, no gum), 303, 368 (block), 368 (Schermack pair), 372 (imprint block), 416, 611 (set of 4 arrow blocks), 658-79, 756-65 (4 sets of arrow blocks), C18 (2 blocks), PR114-25, Q1-12, PC5, PS11-15, and plate blocks of six of 383, 405, 424-25, 429, even some nice mint Canada 50, 54-57, 99, 101.
