It begins with an exceptional Scott 24 which appears to be N.H. and cries out for a graded certificate and it already has a 1989 P.F.C. Almost every stamp that we examined was N.H. but we didn't have the time to view them all, next is 212 N.H. with a PFC. The stamps mentioned will be mainly N.H. but a few hinged were noted.
