 Massive Perfin/Precancel Collection, mostly from 1910s-30s, coming to us in a large box bursting at the seems with material,
containing seven albums of perfins along with a group of manila pages which obviously lost its binder along the way, this collection seems to be strong from the Washington / Franklin era and seems to fizzle out around the Presidential issues, in
addition there is an interesting book of mixed perfins and precancels which seem to be grouped together by city and state, and finally there is a group of loose album pages and stock pages filled with bureau precancels, some of which are sorted by
city, others are completely random and need to be sorted, finally there is a small envelope filled with some earlier Washington / Franklin blocks of four which are completely unchecked and may hold some interesting pieces. A great lot for collectors
