Face Value Lots
LotNo. Symbol CatNo. Lot Description
1297   image"Let's Face It" Face Value Lot, An album, a stockbook, some mint sheet folders, various mint sets and one giant pile of mint, of which the total amount of face is anyone's guess. About half of this are stamps in the 4¢-10¢ range in plate block format, some of which appears to be water damaged. Nevertheless, plenty of higher denominations too including around 300 Forever stamps. Probably best to be evaluated on-site, overall Fine to Very Fine. Shipping charges apply - weight 43 lbs. 1298   imageFace Value Lot with Some Big Surprises, 1862-2002, At first glance, this looks like any other face value lot, with a couple of mint sheet folders and a stockbook of singles and blocks. But odd that there is a MNH #571 on the first page, and then suddenly an entire page of fractional currency including PC5-8. And then, out of nowhere, towards the back of the stockbook, a gorgeous 292, well-centered and very lightly cancelled. A used 311 is on this same page with a plate block of 832. That aside, there is quite a bit of face here; the full sheets and booklets alone total about $400 and there are two pages of express mail stamps which add up to over $175. Many other higher denominations $1 and above, and some better mint sheets too, like 855. A flip of the stockbook is viewable online, overall Very Fine. Shipping charges apply - weight 7.2 lbs.
