1915-16 on KGV Heads 1d carmine red SG 67b block of 9 (3x3) comprising three Type abc vertical strips of 3, the central unit with
'PENAVY' [Pos III/23] and the unit below with Rusted Upper Right Corner [Pos III/29], the right-hand strip with prominent Compartment Lines at right, a couple of tiny aging marks on the upper perf tips otherwise very fresh unmounted, Cat $84+ for
three normal strips of 3 (or $500+ for the two variety singles without overprints). These are both 'rust' flaws which occured at the same time as the 'Rusted Clichés' that were later substituted. Much scarcer than the varieties Gibbons does list such
