internee at Pietermaritzburg POW Camp, Natal, South Africa with lengthy message in German, Sydney machine cancel and 'PASSED BY CENSOR' straight-line cachet in violet on the face, a few minor marks two affecting the view. A very scarce usage:

occupied during the war. (Image1)
