genuine large-part 'KALGOORLIE/WA' duplex cancel, minor aging, unlisted by Gibbons who list this issue to 1/- only but state "Higher values in this series were not validated ... for postal use, but examples of such use as known". Presumably used on a
gold parcel from the gold fields district. RPSV Certificate (2025) states "the stamp is genuine but ... unable to confirm postal usage".
