apparently commercial cover to Fitzroy, tiny transmission marks not affecting the stamps. In the weeks after the ½d War Tax was imposed on 28.10.1918, the Post Office turned a blind eye to such unauthorised bisects. Ex Tillie Mitchell: sold at our
