GOLD COAST: 1836 entire headed "Cape Coast Castle/11th April 1836" and signed [Captain] "WH Burgoyne" with his notation within
"With 20 Shillings/in Silver and a/Gold Ring", to the 'Naval & Military Gazette' in London with no postal markings so apparently sent in a closed bag, minor imperfections. Cape Coast Castle was one of a string of about 40 16th & 17th century "slave
