No. 30' amended to "29" in red, very fine 'UNIT POSTAL STN/ 5 JUN 1944 / W [   ] ' boxed rubber datestsamp in violet (without number) on reverse lightly over-struck by 'PERTH' transit of the next day, minor edge faults at base. Presumably sent from the UPS and registered in transit: FPOs 29 & 51 were both at Moora (and FPO 30 had been there until Jan 44). Location uncertain: Haynes states at p609 that "Evidence from a correspondent indicates that the digits fell off this handstamp ('W11') in early May 1944 and that it continued to be used as a W [without number] until the arrival of AUPS 333 in July 1944".
