1854-55 Lithographs Imperf 1/- salmon SG 4, margins close to good, a little faded, fine void-grid '14' cancel of Albany, Cat £4750.
A very scarce stamp. RPSofV Certificate (2024) states "the stamp is too faded to be confident as to its original colour". However, we are confident that it is a "salmon", many examples of which were used at Albany.

impressive stamp from the base of the sheet with margins clear to huge, light void-grid cancel clear of the variety, Cat £600+. Superb. Ex Wolfgang Kielmann. BPA Certificate (1988) as 'black-bronze' SG 18, but we can see no evidence of the telltale

1860-64 Printed in the Colony from Perkins Bacon Plates Imperf 6d sage-green SG 28 with excellent colour, margins good to large
with a fragment of the adjoining unit at upper-left, light 15-bars '8' cancel of Fremantle largely clear of the Swan, Cat £425. Ex Frank Chadwick (1978). Superb, and one of the largest examples of this stamp we have seen, making this a gem for the
connoisseur. BPA Certificate (2018) wrongly states that number '8' was used at Nannup. In fact, a 12-bar '8' was used at Lower Blackwood from about 1880; and that office was renamed Nannup in October 1907.

1861 Printed by Perkins Bacon Intermediate Perf 14-16 6d purple-brown SG 36, strong colour and remarkably well centred with perfs
on all sides, unused, Cat £1200. A very scarce stamp, especially this fine, most examples having misplaced perfs and being cut from the sheet to preserve the design. Ex 'Fremantle', sold at our auction of 11.7.2008 for $990, and 'Dubois' (I), where
wrongly noted as having "large-part o.g.", sold for SFr795. Far superior to an example sold at our auction of 2.5.2014 for $1515.
