Our vendor states "Although the characteristic break above 'ST' of 'AUSTRALIA' is over-inked, they are defintely Die IIB". [The catalogue prices are interesting. In the 2023 edition, Gibbons priced mint at £800 and used was unpriced. In the new edition, mint is £350 and used is at £750] (2)
