PUNCTURED 'OS': ½d green with Notch in Right Frame opposite Emu's Feet [Pos 3L16] ACSC 63ba(3)e tied by Sydney 'FEB--4/1917' machine cancel just clear of the variety, to OHMS envelope to Narrabeen with the flap unsealed and '20 POSTED' handstamp in violet on the face, some aging marks mostly clear of the stamp, Cat $400+ for the unpunctured variety used (unpriced on cover). The item was sent at the 'Circulars' printed papers rate which was available only if at least 20 identical copies were posted at the same time, hence the requirement for a '20 POSTED' handstamp to be applied. The ACSC does not list varieties punctured 'OS', let alone used on cover. Those punctured 'OS' items listed in the ACSC are priced at 2-3 times the unpunctured stamps, and identified Electro 3 stamps are very scarce on cover.
