The "Paid All" handstamp is a New York marking indicating that the letter was prepaid to Berlin. Fully prepaid letters to destinations beyond Bremen between July 1st 1851 and Aug. 15th 1853 are scarce. The Hanover Post Office in Bremen red "Fr. 2 5/12" gutebroschen credit handstamp is know used only from April to June 1852.
