182     4 imageEcuador, 1865, 1r yellow. In combination with 1871, ½r blue on blue surface paper (7), both with full margins, tied by "3154" in dotted lozenge handstamps on ca. 1872 wrapper to Latacunga, matching Quito cds and pencil "3oz" weight notation at top right, Very Fine, quite scarce.

The "3154" French lozenge cancel was used shortly in Guayaquil in the early part of 1865 and later in Quito from July 1870.
