Upper left portion of stamp affixed over Tula de Tamaulipas boxed handstamp (Schatzkes 1839) with matching boxed "Franco" handstamp (Schatzkes 1839A) initially a Sello Negro usage, on 1861 folded letter sheet to Catorce and tied by second strike of townmark, Very Fine and unusual bisect usage, with 660 stamps issued, with 1997 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
