Tied by Orizava oval handstamp (Schatzkes 298) used provisionally in 1867 on folded letter sheet to Puebla, Very Fine, the 1861 stamps were demonetized in 1864 with the Eagle issue, however a few districts used leftovers in 1867 and 1868.
