AN EXTREMELY RARE USAGE OF THE CHIHUAHUA 1861 4R DULL ROSE ON YELLOW FROM ROSALES.
The Red on Yellow were printed in parallel

sent in small amounts to 16 other districts including Chihuahua. All those are rarities. (Image1)
